Follow N.O.R.E. on his mission as he begins training to loose weight with some assistance from Giant of The Bar-Tendaz. Watch N.O.R.E. as he begins his extensive training with Giant in Miami in the hopes of not only losing weight, but building muscle at the same time through Giants rigorous exercise routines. N.O.R.E. has already lost some weight through a diet of eating healthy and cutting back on alcohol, but now the real challenge begins.

Capone-N-Noreaga’s much anticipated album Channel 10 has been pushed back to Janurary 2009. N.O.R.E. explain’s the reason behind the push back of the album in this “Hang Hang Hood Chicken Blog”.

Follow N.O.R.E. on this mission as he goes on a diet to get back to his normal weight. Also included: major announcement regarding the new Capone-N-Noreaga album.

In support of their new album, Capone-N-Noreaga have decided to take it to the internet with their installments of “The Blog Report”. Follow CNN as they prepare to release their first studio album in 8 years. In this first installment, CNN discusses their new album title and reveal details about working together as a duo again in the studio as the collaborative union CNN.

Sheek, Styles P and Jadakiss are back together for this track titled Close Your Eyes that will be included in their new mixtape So You Want To Be A Supa Hero.
