Hi..this is probably a dumb question. , but am in my 60's and fall asleep ok..then some nights wake up around 1-2 am and after tossing and turning trying to go back to sleep. ,I take an 'antihistamine' (for allergies), because it helps me sleep ?

Do others find it frustrating,I was trying to describe how my OCD started affecting me ( years ago ) by making me worry and obsess that things weren't clean enough and I would have to (still do) wash items over and over (eg things I would use for preparing or storing food)and they just trivialise it
